Max Paving runs its own crews on its own equipment. That means the people we hire aren't handed off to a sub or shuffled between companies: you work for us, alongside the same crew, on projects across the Kansas City metro.
The work is concrete, asphalt, and the excavation underneath both. Driveways to distribution centers, and the municipal jobs in between. It's outdoor, seasonal-peaked trade work, busiest spring through fall, and at the end of a project you can drive past something that will outlast the truck you drove there.
We always want to hear from good people who are looking to further their career, whether that's a laborer working toward finisher, a finisher working toward foreman, or an operator who wants more seat time on bigger work. If the crews are full the day you call, we'll say so, keep your name, and reach out when there's room.
